Video Conference Suite Rental

At our new facility, Southwest Audio Visual Inc has an HD video conference suite available for rent to area businesses and the general public. If you have a short-term need for a meeting room equipped with HD video conference capability, please call us to reserve. Our video conference suite is available at hourly, half-day, and daily rates; and is T1 equipped with IP connectivity. The executive level suite has a board table with (6) comfortable high back chairs, Tandberg high definition video conferencing system, and a 65" LCD flat screen TV.
Rates are $150 per hour, $495 per half day, and $895 for full day.
